Nearly two decades in one community

Aspire has been caring for clients in Windsor, Ontario since February 2007. In that time we have built our practice almost entirely on referrals and returning clients, which means the treatments we offer have to work and the experience around them has to be worth coming back for. In May 2010 we were honoured to receive the Best Overall Contributor Award at the Distress Centre Fundraiser.

Qualified, specialist hands

Aspire is owned and run by Sandra Desmarais-Ford, Certified Laser Technician and Skin Care Therapist, working alongside a certified team. Sandra began in skin care in 2003, certifying through Clarion Medical Technologies and Physician’s Choice Advanced Skin Care Systems, and has specialist training in medical micro-needling, photo rejuvenation, chemical peels and customized facials. In June 2015 she earned her certification in Oncology Esthetics through Oncology Training International, which allows Aspire to safely treat skin that has been changed by cancer treatment. Care that gives back

Since the fall of 2014, Aspire has offered Caregiver Day: a complimentary Hadado Facial Massage for volunteers, caregivers and people living with a life-threatening illness. It is a small way to give back a moment of calm to people who spend their time caring for everyone else.

Before You Book

Is the consultation really complimentary?

Yes. Every new client starts with a complimentary consultation. We look at your skin, talk through what you want to change, and explain what is realistic before you commit to anything.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change it. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are charged a 50% fee based on the scheduled treatment cost.

Do you sell skin care products?

Yes. We carry AlumierMD, a professional-grade line we use and recommend alongside in-clinic treatments. You can shop AlumierMD through our online store.

Do you offer gift cards or memberships?

Both. Gift cards can be used toward any treatment, and our membership is built for clients who treat their skin as ongoing maintenance rather than a one-off. Current offers are listed on our promotions page.
