We also wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal clients who have supported us during this shutdown. We appreciated all of your messages, check-in texts, and social media support. It let us know you’re all still out there thinking of us.

After 14 weeks of being shut down, we are very excited that our Ontario Government has confirmed that we are able to re-open our doors beginning on June 25th and even more EXCITING NEWS…….We have moved to our NEW LOCATION at 3200 Deziel Drive, Suite 208 in the Greenwood Centre located just off Central Avenue.
While our standards for sanitation and disinfection have always remained at the highest possible standard, we’ve added some extra precautionary safety measures from Ontario‘s Health & Safety Association which we have outlined below. We have been busy updating our “New Normal – Safety Guidelines”; to better protect our clients and staff as we re-open.
SOFT OPENING
We will only be booking appointments for laser hair removal and light therapy for the body during Stage 2. We are prohibited at this time to provide services for medi facials, micro-needling, chemical peels, and light therapy on the face.
SCREENING QUESTIONS
At the time of booking and prior to entering the office, clients will be asked COVID screening questions to confirm health status.
CHECKING-IN
Please call us upon arrival at the clinic and remain in your vehicle until entrance confirmation call is received. This will help us reduce the number of clients in the office and limit any potential exposure.
ARRIVE SOLO
To minimize traffic and practice physical distancing in the office, only the client receiving treatment will be allowed to enter the office, unless needed to be assisted into the office.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Our staff will be wearing PPE and it is Government mandated that when entering the office that you wear your own face mask and we also ask that you sanitize your hands before and after your visit.
NON-ESSENTIAL ITEMS
Please leave any non-essential items at home or in your vehicle during appointments. This will help reduce the number of foreign objects which enter the office and limit surface contacts.
TREATMENT BUFFER TIME
We will be staggering appointment times and allotting extra time between clients for checkout and cleaning. We ask that you please be patient with us as we reopen with all the new changes. We will be booking clients that had canceled appointments starting in March. We know many of you have contacted us to book appointments and we will be working extra hours to accommodate as best as we can.
